We provide well-built cascade type sliding gates commonly referred to as drag linked gates that suits clients who require wide opening width but limited side space without penalties of complexity and high cost. These gates are divided in the middle and slide out on either side, and each panel pulls the next one in the order by using a rugged mechanical connection.
Our gates are driven by a friction drive closed loop winch mechanism with fiber core steel wire rope, allowing an increase in performance and reliability. With this system, easier and careful movement of the leading panels is maintained and synchronized with a resilient and maintenance-free drive system.

G.R.I.T Engineering Pvt. Ltd. succesfully executed the design, fabrication and installion of a bi-parting type of sliding gate having cascade configuration to the aircraft hangar of the Nepal Army at Surkhet Airport, Birendranagar.
The gate is made up of 4 moveable panels on each side giving a clear opening width with minimal side clearance, just perfect as an entrance to a hangar. It is driven by our well-tested friction drive, drag-linked system, making it smoothly running and equally reliable.
